The International Summer Scientific Meeting ECI2022v will be held virtually from January 2 to 4, 2022. The event was organized by the International Commission for Science and Technology in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chinese Computer Society, the Intelligent Network Center, the National Commission for Science, Technology and Technological Innovation (Concytec), the University of Ricardo Palma and the National University of Engineering (UNI).

This conference invites Peruvian and foreign researchers to participate, by sending research papers to be exhibited during the event, with the aim of exchanging experiences and knowledge, as well as building partnerships between research centers and institutions in Peru and the rest of the world. .

The goal of the summer ECI is to understand the research progress of Peruvian scientists living abroad. It also seeks to encourage international cooperation around science and technology projects of national interest.

ECI will promote sustainable science, technology and innovation policies, as well as science, technology and innovation education to address current and future challenges. Similarly, it seeks to foster collaboration between companies, countries and colleges to develop sustainable development projects.

 At the forum, a number of Peruvian enterprises exchanged with Chinese enterprises through online and offline means, looking forward to developing technical cooperation with China. Proximity, a Peruvian company, uses virtual reality technology to provide safety skills training to workers who perform high-risk tasks in the mining, energy and manufacturing industries. Immersive simulation experience enables workers to simulate tasks, increase practical experience, prevent and reduce accidents; Detailed big data analysis helps workers improve their technical level and enhance their confidence in dealing with sudden major accidents and their ability to deal with emergencies.

This issue will feature researchers from China and Poland. The Polish delegation will update us on its advances in nanotechnology and medicine, including an interesting presentation on the combination of Pfizer and Astrazeneca vaccines. The Chinese delegation will focus on its progress in big data and artificial intelligence, focusing on different areas such as the impact of social distancing due to Covid-19, soil ecology and more.
