Center members set up a virtual reality innovation studio in Hainan, China
The China Virtual Reality Vocational Education Symposium was held in Hainan Software Vocational and Technical College from July 15th to 17th, 2020. At the same time, he was hired as a distinguished professor of Hainan Software Vocational and Technical College, and together with the principal of the school, Mr. Wei Yingbin, he created a virtual reality innovation named “Master Luo Xun Studio” The studio was unveiled.
At the meeting, Dr. Luo Xun shared the theme of “Integrating Two Types of Education to Achieve “Indomitable Land”. He pointed out the next direction of virtual reality education in China’s higher vocational colleges. He said: With 5G, big data and With the breakthrough development of cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other related technologies, virtual reality technology will usher in greater breakthroughs. Higher vocational education in virtual reality has a bright future. Ordinary colleges and universities should actively interact with vocational colleges and cooperate with each other to connect scientific research and skilled talents, and accelerate the landing and transformation of Chinese and international scientific research results.
Dr. Luo Xun revealed that in the 2020 China Virtual Reality Conference, the “Double Hundred Plan” will be launched for the first time, that is, to set up 100 colleges and universities online virtual reality exhibition halls, and 100 virtual reality excellent works to display, and then better show the domestic China to the world The latest research results of virtual reality. At the same time, through the China Virtual Reality Competition, it will attract the world’s top virtual reality talents and help the digital upgrade of the industry.
Hainan is a tropical island located at the southernmost tip of China.
